Personal data is kept allowing the services requested by the customer, this also includes accounting purposes which keeps records and contact details (such as phone numbers, addresses and email addresses) of any work carried out on the basis of the legitimate interests of the data controller. Personal data is processed on the basis that it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which a customer is party, or in order to take steps at the request of a person prior to entering into a contract. The legitimate interests include retaining accurate records, recording and retrieving details of work carried out including customer’s details to help perform current or future work for a customer.
